The only thing that could have been better about breakfast was the selection.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the modern and clean suite that I was provided. The staff, especially LaShonda Evans and Carol Rivera, were exceptional in their service and made my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was very convenient for my needs.
I was charged twice for the room without my permission, causing my personal bank account to be overdrawn. The hotel's response to this was unsatisfactory, as they insisted that I contact my bank and did not take immediate action to rectify the situation.
